Kelly Pawlak Departing Mount Snow to Become NSAA President
Director of Resort Services Erik Barnes has been promoted to General Manager.

Kelly Pawlak

Longtime Mount Snow General Manager Kelly Pawlak is stepping down from her position to become President and CEO of the National Ski Areas Association. Current NSAA President Michael Berry announced his retirement at the beginning of the year.

Pawlak started in Group Sales at Mount Snow in 1985 and ascended to General Manager twenty years later, during the final seasons of the American Skiing Company. Pawlak has remained General Manager during Peak Resorts' ownership, including the massive EB-5 investment projects.

Update: Director of Resort Services Erik Barnes has been promoted to General Manager of Mount Snow. Barnes started at Mount Snow as a ski instructor thirty years ago.
