With the debut of the Exhibition T-Bar at Waterville Valley this evening, all seven lifts constructed for the 2025-26 season are now in operation.
The first new lift to debut was the Superstar Express at Killington, which opened to the public on November 29. The Doppelmayr high speed six pack was installed for an estimated $12.2 million, replacing a 1987 Yan that had been heavily modified by Poma.
The BEQII ("Becky") at Bretton Woods opened on December 6. The Leitner-Poma high speed quad replaced a 1989 Doppelmayr model.
Pats Peak's Hurricane Quad and Titcomb Mountain's new T-Bar debuted a week later. The Hurricane Quad replaced a 1977 Borvig Triple and was built with new Skytrac components, as well as Garaventa CTEC equipment from Lake Compounce, Connecticut. The Titcomb T-Bar was installed by Doppelmayr, replacing a Constam-Hall T-Bar with components dating back to the 1953 Cannon Mountain Lower T-Bar.
The Polar Express debuted at Wachusett the day after Christmas, replacing a 1994 Doppelmayr high speed quad. The new Doppelmayr high speed six pack was part of a $20 million capital investment program at the mountain in 2025.
Jane's Quad debuted at Ski Butternut on January 3. The new Skytrac quad replaced a 1975 Thiokol triple, following a slightly different line.
The Waterville MND T-Bar was installed primarily for night skiing operations and replaces a 1967 Hopkins T-Bar and a 1984 Stadeli Platter.
