This year's projects include the installation of RFID, snowmaking pond improvements, and trail clearing on West Mountain.

A new high speed detachable six pack could be installed on West Mountain for the 2021-22 season, serving ski terrain for all abilities, as well as mountain biking. West Mountain will eventually result in a new base area, more parking, and a tubing facility.

Medium-term upgrades include extending the Timberline Quad to a renovated Bullwinkle's lodge, replacing the Double Runner chairlifts, and installing a racing T-Bar.

Long term upgrades in the 10 year plan include replacing the SuperQuad, realigning the King Pine quad, and renovating the summit building.

Boyne Resorts has operated Sugarloaf since 2007, assuming ownership of the Maine resort in 2018.
