Powder Ridge Cancels Mountain Biking Season
Recently reopened Powder Ridge Park in Connecticut struggled through ski operations in 2013-14 and has now cancelled plans to operate mountain biking in 2014.

Per a July 3, 2014 Facebook post, Powder Ridge Park announced it would likely not offer 2014 mountain biking as originally planned, as it claims it needs to invest resources in attempting to reopen the main lodge.
Response to the Facebook post was mixed, as some claimed they were sold mountain biking as part of a season pass.
