According to an operating plan presented to the Mount Sunapee Advisory Committee on June 3, 2014, the ski area plans to replace the Sun Bowl Quad with a refurbished high speed quad. The high speed quad installation would be contingent upon timely removal from sister ski area Okemo.
Future plans include replacing the North Peak Triple with the relocated Sun Bowl Quad and then reinstalling the North Peak Triple as a secondary Sun Bowl lift.
