As a special event for alpine and nordic season pass holders, Waterville Valley is planning to open its Snow's Mountain ski area and double chairlift on Saturday, February 25. The natural snow covered ski area last operated in 2015.

Home of the original Waterville Valley ski area in 1941, the 600 vertical foot Snow's Mountain became chairlift served in 1974-75. While the area often operated on weekends, holiday weeks, and nights, alpine skiing has been offered for one total day since Booth Creek purchased the ski area in 1996. The Sununu family purchased Waterville Valley ski area in 2010 and operated Snow's Mountain on February 28, 2015.
